1. Acceptance
Comlink is an internal tool operated by LeRoy's Rocky Mountain. By accessing or using Comlink, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Authorized Use
Comlink is intended solely for authorized LeRoy's Rocky Mountain staff to provide customer support for our TikTok Shop. Access is granted on a per-user basis and may be revoked at any time.
3. Acceptable Behavior
You agree not to use Comlink to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or spam communications, to attempt to bypass access controls, or to interfere with the integrity of the service or any connected platforms, including TikTok Shop.
4. AI-Generated Content
Comlink uses AI to help draft replies and summarize conversations. AI output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by a human operator before being sent to a customer. Operators are responsible for the final content of any message sent.
5. Third-Party Services
Use of Comlink requires and is subject to the terms of TikTok Shop and any third-party AI providers used. Comlink is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
6. Data and Privacy
Handling of data accessed through Comlink is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
Comlink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This is a development environment and features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeRoy's Rocky Mountain shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Comlink.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Comlink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
